– Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
– No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.
– Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
– No refund will be entertained in case service gets cancelled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.There is no refund policy for the services offered by us. Refund is only if add-on does not work as discuss on pre-sale stage and Terms and Conditions .Dreamer Technologies is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
1. Time limit for refund requests and grounding reasons
If you have problems getting add-on to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days since the purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.
Refund requests can be submitted through us via email or store from where you have purchased. You should accompany your request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.
Please make sure your request does not contradict our Refund Policy.
2. Processing Refund requests
Once we get your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.a. User’s responsibility
Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk.
Please give it 24-48 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests (read the details of our support policy).
2.b. Illegitimate refund requests
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased software license. We stand behind our software products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on the incompatibility of our products with some third-party software. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

3. Payment of refunds
In case your request is judged grounded, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 10 working days since your request has been approved.

The Software Product is licensed to You, not sold and You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Software Product is being transferred or assigned and this license is not to be construed as a sale of any rights in the Software Product. Under no circumstances, shall You enable or allow a third party to use the Software Product for remuneration of any kind.
You agree to this terms of service by using Dreamer Technologies. Through the use of Dreamer Technologies you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Dreamer Technologies reserves the right to change, amend, or update this document and these Terms of Service without notice. If the below terms are violated, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
You have to first back up of all data before using of any application from Dreamer Technologies.
The use of the Software Product licensed under this Agreement is subject to the following restrictions and limitations :
- This license is granted to the End User by Dreamer Technologies. If you are not the End User, your only right is to install the Software Product for the End User on devices owned or leased by the End User.
- Except as expressly allowed herein no right to recopy, sell, distribute, license, sub-license, alter, modify, disassemble, de-compile or reverse engineer any software in any manner whatsoever is hereby given.
- End User may not provide or disclose the Software Product to any third party.
- End User may not grant any sub license, lease or other right in the Software Product to others, except for the limited right of allowing End User’s Affiliates to access its system.
